Are you interested in understanding how to protect your right to a healthy environment using the law? Would you like to learn how to participate in environmental decision-making such as EES processes?

The Community Environmental Legal Service (CELS) program provides legal help to Victorians. The CELS program promotes and protects the right of the Victorian community to a healthy environment and provides access to justice to communities impacted by environmental issues.

Through the CELS program, we can tailor a legal workshop run by one of our expert environmental lawyers to suit the needs of your community group or group of individuals concerned about or impacted by environmental issues.

You will need to contact us to arrange a suitable time and location and organise a group of between 10 and 15 people to attend.

The Community Environmental Legal Service program is run by Environmental Justice Australia. Environmental Justice Australia regularly runs workshops on a variety of topics, including mining and coal seam gas.
