We aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly. We are committed to providing the best possible service and using your feedback to improve our services.
What is your complaint?
- My application for a grant of legal aid has been refused
- I have a complaint about somebody receiving legal aid
- I have a problem with a Victoria Legal Aid lawyer or service
- I have a problem with an independent children’s lawyer (ICL).
