The Big Issue Classroom offers three tailored workshops for secondary students. Led by a skilled facilitator, each workshop is designed to provoke thought and discussion through engaging activities. The workshop also gives students the opportunity to hear from a guest speaker who has experienced homelessness, disadvantage or disability first-hand. Students will be encouraged to think about the future of their communities, and the actions they can take to promote social justice.

Culpable driving courtroom drama

The National Trust of Victoria's new Culpable Driving Court Room Drama looks at the case of a young man, Kim Tran, who was charged with culpable driving in the County Court. The case is based on a real case, but names, dates and details have been changed to maintain the confidentiality of the original participants. This program includes new video projections and an updated script. This courtroom drama was launched in February 2016 and was funded by a grant from the Victoria Law Foundation.
