Not only is Left Bank pretty much the raddest place ever, I ate the Boss Burger and it was so good, it made me more of a man than I already am. As a result of eating the Boss Burger, I walked in to work with such bravado you could have confused me with Bruce Willis in Die Hard, kicked the CEO off his seat in one swift ninja move, and told him to start shining my shoes. Go try it! Or try anything from Left Bank, the food is rad.

Absolutely love Crown Metropol and have stayed there many times but a little puzzled how an iPhone/iPad charger that got accidentally left in the room on Tuesday when I checked out wasn't found. Suspicious.... and definitely not happy about it.

Oh my we had a Turret Suite and it was so luxurious. The service was amazing with a big thanks to Michael who was the duty Manager, working this weekend!

Loved the location, had an easy check-in with great FOH staff. No problem with getting a gluten free/vegetarian meal and your concierge team were awesome. Thank you, I enjoyed my stay and will be back.

We stayed with the kids last Monday for a night in a King & Twin Room! Loved it and so did the kids!! Kids are asking when we'll be back.

I celebrated my birthday yesterday at The Pheonix. I just want to say a huge thank you to the wonderful staff. They were great, nothing was too much trouble, they were very friendly and accommodating . We spent the afternoon in the outdoor area and the entertainment was fantastic, Rory and Co made a good afternoon great. I will defiantly recommend the Pheonix , thanks again

I'm on vacation here and took me a while to find this place. I tried the kangaroo fillets today and I only have one word for it: Awesome.
