The Hong Kong Legal Information Institute (HKLII) is a project of Law & Technology Centre, a centre jointly established by Department of Computer Science and Faculty of Law of the University of Hong Kong. HKLII has obtained the kind assistance of the Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) in its development. AustLII is jointly operated by the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS). (the 'host Universities').
'HKLII data providers' includes but is not limited to the Judiciary of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), the Department of Justice (DoJ) of HKSAR, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), and the University of Hong Kong.
HKLII is a free service. Alternative sources of all information on HKLII are available.
Neither HKLII, nor its host Universities, nor the HKLII data providers, invite reliance upon, or accept responsibility for, the information HKLII provides, any uses to which that information is put, or any actions taken in consequence of the use of HKLII.
